Kalaunji or Tawa Fry


Ingredients:
Kalaunji masala 
Salt to taste
Mixed vegetables(Kundru,Karela,Jalapino,Potato)
Oil for frying on tawa

Preparation:
Wash and peel (if required) the vegitables and cut in half
Carve out the vegitables to make some space for stuffing and keep aside the carved part
Chop the carved part

mix kalaunji masala and salt to it to prepare stuffing

Stuff the stuffing in the vegitables
attach the 2 halves together and tie with a thread

Fry i a Tawa with oil
Turn the vegitables when done from one side
Remove and soak the oil when done.
